FD AGENCY LLC, doing business as Fifth Dimension ("we", "us"), is responsible for the personal information we use in connection with this website and enquiries about our services. This notice explains that use and how to contact us about your information.

Information you choose to share

When you email us or schedule a call, we receive the details you provide, such as your name, email address, business information, appointment details and the content of your enquiry. Our booking links take you to Calendly, which also processes information under its own privacy notice.

When a website contact form is enabled, we collect the information shown in that form and anything you choose to include in your message. Please send only information needed for your enquiry and information you are entitled to share.

Providing enquiry or booking details is voluntary. We may be unable to respond or arrange a meeting without the necessary contact information.

Technical information

Our hosting and content providers may process your IP address, browser and device information, request times, requested pages or files, and related network information when delivering this website. This supports content delivery, security and troubleshooting. Information available to us depends on the provider and the service configuration.

How we use information

We use enquiry and booking information to respond to you, arrange calls, discuss a potential engagement and maintain relevant correspondence. We use technical information to operate and protect the website and investigate problems. We may also retain information needed to meet legal obligations or resolve a dispute.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, our legitimate interests include responding to business enquiries and maintaining a secure, functioning website. Where relevant, processing may also be necessary to take steps you request before entering a contract or to comply with a legal obligation. We rely on consent for optional processing where consent is required.

Cookies, analytics and advertising

We use Google Analytics to understand visits to this website and how people interact with its pages. When you allow analytics, Google may process page visits, browser and device information, identifiers, referral information and interactions, and use analytics cookies. We have disabled Google Signals and advertising personalization in our website tag. No advertising pixel is currently installed on this website.

Analytics is optional. Our cookie banner lets you Accept all, Reject optional or Manage preferences. Analytics is the only optional category currently in use. Our Google Analytics tag loads only after you accept analytics, either through Accept all or by enabling Analytics and saving your preferences. Necessary preference storage stays enabled so we can remember your choice.

You can revisit the banner choices through Cookie settings in the website footer. In the preferences panel, switch Analytics off and save to withdraw permission. Closing that panel or pressing Escape does not change your choice. Declining analytics does not prevent you from browsing the website or booking a call.

We remember your choice in local browser storage for up to 180 days, with a first-party preference cookie as a fallback if local storage is unavailable. After that period, we ask you to choose again. If your browser blocks both forms of storage, your choice applies to the current page and you may be asked again when you open another page. When you withdraw analytics permission, we disable our analytics tag and remove the Google Analytics cookies accessible to this website. Withdrawal does not delete information already received by Google.

Where consent is required for optional cookies or similar tracking, those features will depend on your consent. Continuing to browse alone does not give that consent.

Your browser may let you block or clear cookies and similar storage. Calendly and other external sites manage their own cookies and choices when you visit them. You can also email us with questions about tracking or to exercise applicable privacy rights.

Service providers and disclosure

We use Cloudflare to host and deliver the website, Sanity to manage and deliver public website content and creative assets, Calendly for appointment booking, and Google Analytics for optional website measurement. These providers process information needed for their services and may also process certain information for their own purposes, as described in their privacy notices.

People working for Fifth Dimension may access information as needed to respond to your enquiry or support the website. We may disclose information where required by law, to respond to valid legal requests or to protect legal rights. Optional analytics or advertising providers, when enabled, may receive the information described in the tracking section above.

Links to social networks and other websites take you to services operated by others. Their privacy practices apply to activity on those services.

Processing in other countries

Fifth Dimension and its service providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live. Those countries may have different privacy laws. Providers describe their processing locations and transfer arrangements in their own notices. Contact us for details about transfers relevant to your information and any safeguards required under applicable law.

Retention and security

We keep personal information for as long as necessary for its purpose. Relevant factors include whether an enquiry remains active, whether correspondence is needed for an engagement, and any legal, security or dispute-related requirements. Service providers may retain technical or operational records according to their own policies and our service arrangements.

We use reasonable measures to protect information in our care. No website, transmission method or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may be entitled to access or obtain a copy of your personal information, correct it, request deletion, restrict its use or request portability. You may also have a right to object to processing based on legitimate interests, including direct marketing, or to opt out of targeted advertising or sale or sharing as defined by applicable law.

We will explain any applicable limitation or reason information must be retained.
